Product Information

  • Custom Orders: All our T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, and other apparel are made-to-order. We do not keep inventory or stock.

  • Production Time: Production times vary by product type:

    • Dye-Sublimation Prints: 5-7 business days, potentially longer if delays occur.

    • Standard Prints: 5-7 business days.

Before You Order

  • Please read each product description and refer to our sizing chart to ensure accurate sizing.

  • Double-check your personal information before finalizing your order to avoid errors.

Returns

  • As all items are made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted. If you need to amend an order, contact customer service at orders@expressvigilantly.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you do not need to return it. Please inform customer service promptly, and we will send the correct item.

Refunds

  • Store Credit: Refunds are issued as store credit for:

    • Damaged items or those with missing parts upon delivery.

    • If an incorrect item was sent and you prefer not to receive a replacement.

  • Store credit amount equals half of the purchase price if we make an error and you decline the replacement item.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, accessories, gear, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

  • Cancellation Fee: A $5 cancellation and processing fee is deducted from any refunds issued as store credits when a customer refuses store credit.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled if intervention occurs before production begins. Contact customer support immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days post-production. Shipping costs are included in your final bill and are non-refundable.

  • International Shipping: We ship to the U.S., U.S. territories, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, and the UK. The risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the goods.
